Cancellation Policy:
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order before it is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Order Cancellation Due to Stock Availability: In rare cases, if the products you ordered are out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative product based on your preference.
Refund Policy:
Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be processed only in cases where the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery. If the item is returned in its original condition (unopened and unused), we will initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval of the return request. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect product.
