The company provides you with a mobile software solution that enables all accounting processes through a mobile device, eliminating the need for a desktop or laptop. There are no charges for this software, and no hidden fees in the agreement.

(b) Stock maintenance is limited to only two days, ensuring no expiry of goods. Fresh and healthy goods will be supplied to your doorstep every night, with no additional charges for goods supply.

(c) The shop will remain open 24/7, operating in “aeroplane mode,” but home delivery services will be available from morning 7’o clock to evening 6’o clock. The responsibility for home delivery lies with the franchisee.

(d) Online orders will be displayed in the franchiser mobile app within seconds. The franchiser must then confirm the order and proceed with the supply.
